From 13 to 22 November 2026, Truffle Week returns to celebrate one of our region’s most prized and beloved produce: the truffle. An entire week dedicated to authentic flavours, culinary excellence and the creativity of chefs who will transform the ‘diamond of the kitchen’ into unforgettable culinary experiences.
With Truffle Week, Sarsina becomes the heart of a unique gastronomic journey. Indeed, each evening will feature a different venue, offering truffle-themed menus, aperitifs and other events, providing the chance to discover many different interpretations of this prized ingredient.
You’ll be able to take part in exciting experiences such as truffle hunting with a Lagotto dog and a cookery demonstration featuring tortelli alla lastra with truffles.
A week to savour His Majesty the Truffle in all its facets, encompassing flavour, culture and the local area.
